我室从1973年4月25日至1982年5月27日在遗传咨询病人中选择1200人作了染色体检查,有1168人获得了成功,占受检病人的97.3%。所用的标本有外周血、胎儿羊水、皮肤、条索状性腺、睾丸、精索等活检组织块。按我室常规进行细胞培养及 G 显带处理,必要时采用 C 带、Q 带、N 带、姊妹染色单体互换(SCE)技术、X 染色体迟复制(Lx)技术、G_(11)技术、高分辨 G 显带染色体技术以及 X、Y 小体检查技术等。
My room from April 25, 1973 to May 27, 1982 in genetic counseling patients selected 1200 people for chromosome examination, 1168 people were successful, accounting for 97.3% of the patients under examination. The specimens used in peripheral blood, fetal amniotic fluid, skin, cord-like gonads, testis, spermatic cord and other biopsies. Cell culture and G-banding were performed as usual in our laboratory. If necessary, C-banding, Q banding, N banding, SCE, Lx and G11 techniques , High-resolution G-banding chromosome technology and X, Y body examination techniques.
