本文对图书馆员信息素质教育的内容、必要性和途径进行了分析。针对当今图书馆员应具备的素质,并依据图书馆员信息素养教育模式探讨了我国图书馆员素质教育的方法及途径。
This article analyzes the content, necessity and ways of librarians’ information literacy education. Aiming at the qualities that modern librarians should have, this paper discusses the methods and ways of librarians’ quality education based on the information literacy education mode of librarians.
