自创业理论与实践研究发展至今,如何促进技术创业企业的成长一直是经济学家关注的焦点问题之一。揭示了传统理论对技术创业企业成长阐释的不足,剖析了组织学习和融入资源基础观的Penrose企业成长论在响应与解决问题中的角色位置,提出了技术创业企业成长演进过程的实现机理,并采用具体的公司案例验证了机理模型。最后,结合理论与案例分析提出了针对技术创业企业成长的几点建议。
Since the development of theory and practice of entrepreneurship so far, how to promote the growth of technology start-ups has always been one of the most important issues that economists are concerned about. Reveals the shortcomings of the traditional theories in explaining the growth of technology start-ups, analyzes the role of Penrose’s growth in organization and learning and incorporates the resource-based perspective in response and resolution issues, and presents the realization mechanism of the growth and evolution of technology start-ups The concrete company case verified the mechanism model. Finally, combining theory and case analysis put forward some suggestions for the growth of technology start-ups.
