企业集团是一种新型的经济联合组织,它是在公有制的基础上,按照内在经济技术联系的需要,以一个或几个大型骨干企业为主体,由各个企业、科研、贸易、金融单位,根据自愿互利原则组成的经济实体,具有系统地经营和开发新产品、新技术的能力,其产品在国内外市场上有一定竞争能力,并且有相对稳定的组织形式和成员单位共同遵守的章程。笔者曾参与企集团的组建工作,就企业集团的内部组织结构,陈述一点拙见,望能与读者共磋。
The enterprise group is a new type of economic coalition. It is based on the public ownership system and is based on the needs of internal economic and technological linkages. It is based on one or several large-scale backbone enterprises, and is based on various enterprises, scientific research, trade, and financial institutions. The author once participated in the establishment of the enterprise group. He expressed a bit of glimpse into the internal organizational structure of the enterprise group and hoped to discuss it with the readers.
