中药材秦艽主要吸收成分群研究

该研究通过制备大鼠外翻肠囊模型,并对其转运活性进行了确认,以秦艽中的马钱苷酸、当药苦苷、龙胆苦苷、以及当药苷为检测指标,用HPLC对经肠囊主动转运吸收后被吸收进入浆膜层的秦艽提取物中的主要成分群进行了分析,探讨了中药材主要吸收成分群的研究方法。结果表明所采用的大鼠外翻肠囊模型,在实验45 min内,组织结构完整,转运活性良好;HPLC的专属性和线性关系良好,精密度的RSD<5.5%;样品的萃取回收率均在90%以上;在室温条件下,样品的稳定性良好。秦艽提取物经肠囊主动转运后,在浆膜液样品中,检测到了8种主要成分;提取物的浓度对主要成分的吸收具有极其显著影响,而不同肠段对主要成分吸收的影响没有显著差异。由此可见,大鼠外翻肠囊技术可用于某些中药材的吸收成分群的研究,是一种探讨中药材活性成分的有效方法。 In this study, the rat valgus enteral sac model was prepared and its transport activity was confirmed.
