用回交转育法将玉米自交系 WN1 1转育成为双型雄性不育系双 1 68m s。通过田间直观性状鉴定和显微镜下镜检 ,均表明双 1 68ms的雄花不育性及其稳定性是可靠的。用自交选育法结合测交育性鉴定 ,选育出双型雄性不育的恢复系西 1 8,用其与双 1 68ms杂交 ,杂种一代雄花散粉能力达到 1 0 0 %。布点试验结果表明 ,双1 68ms×西 1 8与普通胞质的同组合杂交种比 ,其籽粒产量均稍有增加。因此 ,西农 1 1号的双型雄性不育化杂交种可以在生产上推广利用
The backcrossing method was used to transform maize inbred line WN1 1 into double-type male sterile line double-l68m s. Through field visual characterization and microscopic examination, both male sterility and stability of double 688ms were shown to be reliable. By selfing selection method combined with the determination of fertility, bred male sterility restorer line Xi 18 was bred and used to hybridize with double 68 ms. The hybrid generation male pollen disperse ability reached 100%. The results showed that the grain yield increased slightly with the same combination of double 688 × 108 and common cytoplasm. Therefore, the double-type male sterile hybrid of XiNong 1 1 can be used in production
