目的:优化莲参颗粒的提取工艺。方法:以野黄芩苷含量为指标,考察半枝莲在不同浸泡温度、时间下的稳定性。以野黄芩苷含量和70%乙醇浸出物重为指标,设计加水倍数、提取时间和提取次数为考察因素,采用正交试验法优化莲参颗粒的提取工艺。结果:最佳工艺条件为半枝莲以外的药材加13倍量水浸泡1h后加热,当温度升至80℃时投入半枝莲煎煮1.5h,过滤,药渣加9倍量水煎煮1.5h。结论:该提取工艺稳定、可行,适于莲参颗粒的制备。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of lotus root granules. Methods: Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi content was used as an index to investigate the stability of Scutellaria barbata under different immersion temperature and time. Taking baicalin content and 70% ethanol extract weight as indexes, the times of water addition, the extraction time and the number of extraction times were selected as the investigation factors. The orthogonal test was used to optimize the extraction process of lotus root granules. Results: The optimum conditions for the herbs outside Scutellaria barbata plus 13 times the amount of water soak 1h heating, when the temperature rose to 80 ℃ Scutellaria boiling 1.5h, filtration, dregs and nine times the amount of boiling water 1.5h. Conclusion: The extraction process is stable and feasible, suitable for the preparation of lotus granules.
