本文报告了高效氯氰菊酯杀虫剂在实验室及现场应用中的药效测试结果。实验室按使用剂量20mga·i/m~2处理模拟接触板后测试,对家蝇的持效期在6个月以上,现场按使用剂量30mga·i/m~2对室内墙面滞留喷洒处理后,用实验地区现场抗性品系的家蝇进行强迫接触实验,结果表明:常州实验区持效期为30天以上,盐城持效期仅为20天左右。在常州实验区的蝇密度调查表明:相关指数小于50仅为14天,氯氰菊酯对家蝇抗性调查结果与现场滞留喷洒用药效果基本相一致。
This paper reports the results of beta-cypermethrin pesticide testing in the laboratory and field applications.
