本刊讯:最近,中国人民建设银行以(88)建总办字第42号文发出《关于基本建设单位一九八八年财务决算若干问题的规定》,全文如下: 一、基本建设单位和各级建设银行要认真贯彻执行国务院《关于清理固定资产投资在建项目、压缩投资规模、调整投资结构的通知》精神,认真清理在建工程,加强建设资金拨付、使用的检查监督,严格控制社会集团购买力和各项开支,严禁用公款请客送礼,游山玩水,防止年终突击花钱、转移资金和突击贷款,制止滥发实物、补贴、奖金,努力节省建设投资,切实做好今年基本建设财务决算编审工作。
