一、前言在枢纽的布置中,一般应贯彻下面一些原则:(1)充分适应和利用坝址的自然条件;(2)尽可能满足国民经济各部门临时和永久的要求;(3)各个建筑物在运转中不致发生相互干扰;(4)工程量小,造价低;(5)施工简单方便,施工期限短。在目前施工机械缺乏的情况下,还应多考虑土洋结合的办法。武都水利枢纽在嘉陵江支流涪江的上游,是一个综合利用的枢纽,电站装机14.5万瓦,建成后可以满足绵阳等新兴工业基地近期用电要求,灌溉、防洪和航运的效益也都比较显著。
