目的探讨如何做好口腔科医院感染的防控工作。方法采用循环风空气消毒器、超声波清洗震荡器、手机清洗注油机、脉动真空灭菌器等进行诊室空气消毒及器械的清洗消毒灭菌处理,加强医务人员院内感染知识培训及提高防控意识。结果 6 a监控及抽查随访无院内感染发生。结论医院感染的防控工作是口腔科治疗与护理的重要质控指标,上述方法在口腔科医院感染的防控方面效果肯定。
Objective To explore how to prevent and control stomatological hospital infection. Methods Air sterilizers, ultrasonic cleaning oscillators, cell phone cleaning lubricators, pulsating vacuum sterilizers, etc. were used to disinfect the air in the clinics and to clean, disinfect and disinfect the equipment. The medical staff were encouraged to strengthen their knowledge of prevention and control of nosocomial infections. Results 6 a surveillance and spot checks were followed up without nosocomial infection. Conclusion The prevention and control of nosocomial infections is an important quality control index in the treatment and nursing of stomatology.
