本文结合中国石油化工股份有限公司某炼油厂炼化一体化项目视频监控系统,阐述了炼油厂视频监控系统防爆隔爆、防雷电、矩阵互联等技术。介绍了炼化一体化项目数字式视频监控系统的设计和实施,包括矩阵主机、硬盘录像机、数字光端机、摄像机、防雷器的选型、安装、测试及验收。结果表明,所选设备满足炼化一体化项目装置区要求,系统性能符合设计要求,且与装置区扩音对讲系统连接,当发生异常情况时,通过扩音对讲系统实现联动,进行现场应急处理或人员疏散,对人身安全和装置生产起了很好的监控作用。
This article combined with China Petrochemical Co., Ltd. a refinery integrated refinery video surveillance system, elaborated the refinery video surveillance system explosion-proof, lightning protection, matrix interconnection and other technologies. The design and implementation of digital video surveillance system for refining and chemical integration project are introduced, including the selection, installation, testing and acceptance of matrix host, DVR, digital optical transceiver, video camera and lightning protection device. The results show that the selected equipment meets the requirements of the equipment area of the integrated refining and chemical project, the system performance meets the design requirements, and is connected with the PA intercom system in the installation area. When an abnormal situation occurs, the system interacts through the PA system, Emergency treatment or personnel evacuation, the personal safety and device production played a very good role in monitoring.
