利用大豆基因组数据库,通过生物信息学分析,鉴定并获得大豆所有CYS家族基因的序列、结构以及定位信息。全基因组分析检测表明,大豆染色体DNA中共含有19个CYS家族基因成员。基因定位分析表明,这些基因分别分布于大豆的12条染色体。系统进化分析将大豆的全部CYS基因分成了3个亚家族。启动子分析揭示,19个大豆CYS基因的上游调控序列都含有逆境反应顺式元件。EST表达谱分析表明,大豆CYS家族基因大多在子叶、花、叶片以及种皮等组织中优势表达。
Using soybean genome database, bioinformatics analysis was used to identify and obtain the sequence, structure and localization information of all CYS family genes in soybean. Whole genome analysis showed that there are 19 CYS family members in soybean chromosome DNA. Gene mapping showed that these genes were distributed in 12 chromosomes of soybean. Phylogenetic analysis divides the entire CYS gene of soybean into 3 subfamilies. Promoter analysis revealed that the upstream regulatory sequences of the 19 soybean CYS genes all contain cis-elements of the stress response. EST expression profiling analysis showed that most soybean CYS family genes were predominantly expressed in cotyledons, flowers, leaves and seed coat tissues.
