桥脑下外侧综合征较为罕见,我们曾收治1例,现报告如下。病历摘要患者,女,58岁,因耳鸣、眩晕、恶心、呕吐,左侧面部及右侧肢体麻木3小时于1986年4月10日入院。患者有高血压史10余年,曾不规则服降压药。经常有头重,头胀,4月10日午睡后,自觉耳鸣、眩晕、视物旋转,伴恶心、呕吐、头胀,左侧面部蚁走样麻木,右侧上下肢感觉障碍。无明显头痛及二便失禁。检查:神志清,T36.5℃,P 70次/分,R 18次/分,BP 160/104mmHg。瞳孔右4毫米,左2 PTA is relatively rare, we have received a case, are as follows.
