按照南方电网公司对教育培训工作的要求,云南电网公司切实把教育培训作为“一把手”工程来抓,规范流程管理,2010年引入ISO10015标准,依据ISO10015国际标准建立了培训管理体系,制定了标准的项目流程管理,实现了流水线似的作业,把培训需求、培训策划、培训实施和培训评估这四个环节衔接起来,并对每个阶段进行有效监控,形成培训的闭环管理,推进了人力资源开发体系的规范化与系统性,提升了人力资源对发展的支撑和带动。
