目的:探讨互动式教学法在康复护理临床教学中的应用研究效果。方法:选取我院2014级护理本科专业的学生71例,随机分为对照组(35例)和观察组(36例)。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组在此基础上采取小组讨论、角色扮演、案例分析、学生讲课等多种形式的互动式教学法。比较观察两组学生教学前后理论知识和技术操作成绩情况。结果:教学前,两组学生的理论知识和技术操作成绩比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);教学后,两组学生的理论知识和技术操作成绩均有明显的提高,且观察组学生的成绩改善程度明显优于对照组,组间比较,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:互动式教学法体现了以学生为主体的教学理念,激发了学生学习的热情和求知欲望,培养了学生的创新意识和解决问题、分析问题以及实际动手能力,提升了学生的综合素质能力,提高了教学的效果。“,”Objective: To observe the effect of interactive teaching method in clinical teaching of rehabilitation nursing. Methods: 71 students of grade 2014 were randomly divided into two groups. Students in the control group were taught by traditional teaching method, and ones in the observation group were given the interactive teaching method. Results: There were significant differences regarding the marks of the final exam including theoretical knowledge and operating skil s of students before and after the clinical teaching between two groups(P<0.05). Conclusion: The application of interactive teaching method in clinical teaching of rehabilitation nursing could obviously enhance the enthusiasm and initiative of students.
