在过去的几年里,已研制出许多具有广谱抗菌活性的新头孢菌素。其中有几种已在临床上用于治疗多种细菌的感染。我们在研制新头孢菌素时,合成了E-0702(结构如下)。该化合物抗菌谱广;对假单胞菌属细菌抗菌活性强。
In the past few years, many new cephalosporins have been developed with broad spectrum antibacterial activity. Several of these have been clinically used to treat infections with multiple bacteria. We developed the new cephalosporin, the synthesis of E-0702 (structure below). The compound has broad antimicrobial spectrum and strong antibacterial activity against Pseudomonas bacteria.
