为分析某液压强夯机主转台设计初始可能存在的薄弱环节,应用abaqus软件对主转台进行动力学响应分析,并在LMS Virtual.Lab(LMS VL)软件下,采用名义应力法求出主转台的热点位置。在最危险的热点位置建立主转台焊缝二级子模型,利用子模型的瞬态动力学响应结果计算该结构极限载荷下最危险位置的寿命值,为产品的结构优化和改进提供参考依据。
In order to analyze the weak points that may exist in the design of the main turntable of a hydraulic tamping machine, the dynamic response analysis of the main turntable is performed with abaqus software.
