2011年,在中国人民的政治生活中,一个新的热点话题闪亮登场——创新社会管理。作为“十二五”规划的开局之年,国家提出要建立健全中国特色社会主义社会管理体系,确保社会既充满活力又和谐稳定。这标志着我国进入了全面加强和创新社会管理的新时期。全面加强和创新社会管理,正是为破解适应我国经济社会快速发展变化而提出的一个重要而紧迫的课题。
In 2011, a new hot topic debuted in the political life of the Chinese people - innovation and social management.
