[主题]认识自己的快乐。[目的要求]通过活动,帮助学生认识自己快乐的情绪,并学会创造自己的快乐。[设计理念]小学生已经有了比较丰富的情绪体验,已经能够比较明确地分清自己的喜怒哀乐,并且寻找出某种情绪的刺激。因此,有意识地帮助学生认识自己的情绪,寻找情绪发生的原因,可以通过寻找和留住“快乐小精灵”,让学生多角度地认识自己的快乐,并引导他们用行动调节和保持快乐的情绪。
