慢性酒精中毒性神经病是维生素B_1缺乏所引起的营养障碍性神经病,实际并不少见。1982—1989年6月,我们遇到25例,其中有韦尼克氏脑病2例,科萨克夫氏综合征1例,其中1例已做报道,现综合报道如下: 一般资料:本组25例均为男性;年龄:就诊年龄35—64岁,平均为51.2岁;饮酒量和饮酒史:平均每日饮酒500ml以上,连续饮酒15—40年,平均为22.6年;既往史:肝病4例,胃切除2例,慢性萎缩性胃炎4例,长期腹泻6例。临床表现:发病:急性4例,亚急性7例,
Chronic alcoholic neuropathy is a neurotrophic disorder caused by a deficiency of vitamin B 1, which is not uncommon. From 1982 to June 1989, we encountered 25 cases, of which 2 cases of Wernicke’s encephalopathy and 1 case of Coskopsy syndrome were reported. The general report is as follows: General information: The group of 25 cases Average age of 51.2 years; alcohol consumption and drinking history: the average daily drinking more than 500ml, continuous drinking 15-40 years, an average of 22.6 years; past history: liver disease in 4 cases, Gastrectomy in 2 cases, chronic atrophic gastritis in 4 cases, long-term diarrhea in 6 cases.
