目的:探讨椎间盘CT扫描计划设计的合理性,提出实用的椎间盘扫描计划设计方案。方法:分别使用2种机器、按2种扫描计划对椎间盘扫描图像质量进行对比分析,结合检查效率和临床的实际需要进行评价。结果:“平行线法”和“交叉线法”2种扫描计划所得图像质量无差异,而在提高检查效率方面有明显的差异性。结论:“平行线法”扫描计划更具合理性。
Objective: To investigate the rationality of planning CT scan of disc, and to propose a practical design plan of disc scanning plan. Methods: Two kinds of machines were respectively used to compare the quality of intervertebral disc scanning images by two kinds of scanning plans, and combined with the examination efficiency and clinical actual needs. Results: There was no difference in image quality between the “parallel line method” and the “cross line method” 2 scanning plans, but there were obvious differences in improving the examination efficiency. Conclusion: “Parallel line method ” scan plan more reasonable.
