观察了朝鲜槐树皮正丁醇萃取物对小白鼠３种炎症模型和大鼠１种炎症模型的疗效。实验结果表明，朝鲜槐树皮正丁醇萃取物对二甲苯、巴豆油所致的小鼠耳壳肿胀和对角叉菜引起的大鼠足肿胀的急性炎症模型有明显的抑制作用，对小鼠棉球肉芽肿也具有明显的抑制作用。
The effects of the extract of butanol from the bark of Artichoke on the three kinds of inflammation model in mice and one kind of inflammation model in rats were observed. The experimental results showed that the n-butanol extract from the bark of the artichoke bark had obvious inhibitory effects on the ear edema in mice caused by xylene and croton oil and on the acute inflammation model of rat paw swelling caused by chondrus. Rat ball granuloma also has a significant inhibitory effect.
