汽车制造行业在社会市场经济中是一个主流产业,随着社会汽车使用量的增加,汽车制造生产数量也不断增多。设计方案是汽车生产的指导文件,方案的科学性、合理性、可行性直接影响了汽车的使用性能。后桥是汽车的主要结构组成,设计后桥方案时要保证整个结构的可靠性。本文阐述了汽车后桥受力不均对汽车的可靠性的影响,结合ANSYS的参数化优化设计模块从静力分析角度改进原始方案,以增强汽车的使用性能。
Automobile manufacturing industry in the social market economy is a mainstream industry, with the increase of social car use, the number of automobile manufacturing is also increasing. The design proposal is the guidance document for the automobile production. The scientificity, rationality and feasibility of the proposal directly affect the service performance of the automobile. Rear axle is the main structure of the car, the design of the rear axle program to ensure the reliability of the entire structure. In this paper, the influence of uneven rear axle load on the reliability of the vehicle is expounded. Combined with the ANSYS parametric optimization design module, the original program is improved from the perspective of static analysis to enhance the vehicle performance.
