素质教育在职业院校体育教学过程中,对学生的综合素质提出了严格的要求,一方面要加强学生的身体素质,另一方面要培养学生体育锻炼意识。同时也需要提升学生的思想道德观念,以及心理素养和科学文化素养等。本文以职业院校体育教学中的素质教育为研究对象,详细分析了职业院校体育教学中素质教育的重要性,深入探讨了职业院校体育教学中素质教育的方法及策略。
Quality education in vocational colleges in the process of physical education, the overall quality of students put forward strict requirements, on the one hand to strengthen the physical fitness of students, on the other hand to cultivate students’ awareness of physical exercise. At the same time, students also need to improve their ideological and moral values as well as their psychological literacy and scientific literacy. In this paper, the quality education in PE teaching in vocational schools as the research object, the importance of quality education in PE teaching in vocational colleges is analyzed in detail, and the methods and strategies of quality education in PE teaching in vocational colleges are discussed in depth.
