本文采用组织培养法和染料摄入法，观察研究了复方中药制剂心复康对ＨｅＬａ细胞生长以及对柯萨奇Ｂ组３型病毒（ＣＢＶ３）增殖的影响。结果表明，高浓度心复康（稀释度≤１∶４）对ＨｅＬａ细胞生长有毒性作用，中低浓度（稀释度≥１∶８）对细胞生长无毒性作用，１∶６４稀释时似具有促进细胞生长作用。中浓度心复康对ＣＢＶ３增殖有明显抑制作用。比较心复康作用细胞和病毒的不同环节，提示心复康除具有保护细胞减轻病毒感染功能外，还有直接杀伤ＣＢＶ３的作用。
In this study, tissue culture and dye uptake were used to observe the effect of Xinfukang, a compound traditional Chinese medicine preparation, on the growth of HeLa cells and the proliferation of Coxsackie B group 3 virus (CBV3). The results showed that high concentrations of Xinfukang (dilution ≤1:4) had toxic effects on the growth of HeLa cells, and low to medium concentrations (dilution ≥1:8) had no toxic effects on cell growth, and appeared to be promoted when diluted 1:64. Cell growth. The concentration of Xinfukang significantly inhibited the proliferation of CBV3. Comparing the different aspects of the heart and blood cells and the virus, it is suggested that Xinfukang has the function of directly killing CBV3 in addition to the function of protecting cells to reduce virus infection.
