前列腺摘除术后及泌尿前列腺电切术后,由于手术创伤,气囊压迫止血及持续膀胱冲洗,患者常出现频繁的尿意、便意、尿道及耻骨上区疼痛,膀胱区阵发性痉挛等症状,患者非常痛苦和烦燥,常加重术后出血,笔者对本院常用的四种镇痛方法进行了观察,这四种方法为:1、口服泌尿灵加安定镇痛;2、肌注度冷丁和异丙嗪镇痛;3、硬膜外腔给麻醉药止痛;4、静脉滴注芬太尼和氟哌啶自控镇痛,现报告如下。
