福建政报主席、各位委员、各位同志:华东军政委员会第一次全体委员会议时,我曾依照饶主席关于华东军政委员会今后工作任务的报告,将南下以来华东文教工作在接管时期的一般情况及今后文教工作的具体侨务做了补充报告。大会开幕以后,在华东军政委员会领导下,开始进行着初步组织建设及其他各项工作;四月二十七日召开了华东军政委员文化教育委员会第一次全体会议,通过一九五○年华东文化教育工作计划,业经批准施行,现将近半年来的工作情况简报如次:
