针对凸筋类管件的冷压成形，提出了一种缩口—轴压—胀形的复合成形新工艺。分析了复合成形原理及其受力状态，介绍了模具结构及生产应用实例，取得了良好效果。
Aiming at the cold forming of the tube with a convex tube, a new method of composite forming with neck-axial compression-bulging was proposed. The principle of composite forming and the state of stress were analyzed. The structure of mold and its application examples were introduced. Good results were obtained.
