本文介绍了线性扫描极谱法测定植物组织中金属硫肽含量的技术,其最小检出量为0.16μg/ml;线性范围为0.2～2.0μg/ml;回收率为90％左右。本文还对pH影响及巯基物质的干扰进行了分析。所有结果表明,本方法具有简易、快速、灵敏等特点。野外调测进一步表明,本方法适用于环境监测等实用分析。
In this paper, the technique of linear sweep polarography for the determination of metal thiopeptides in plant tissues is introduced. The minimum detection limit is 0.16μg / ml, the linear range is 0.2 ~ 2.0μg / ml and the recovery is about 90%. This paper also analyzed the effects of pH and the interference of sulfhydryl compounds. All the results show that this method is simple, fast and sensitive. Field test further shows that the method is suitable for practical analysis of environmental monitoring.
