近年来国内外系统性真菌病均有增多的趋势,据美图1970年统计有7.697名系统性真菌病,Hart 报告1966～1967年两年间较1960～1965年5年间的总数高出34倍,据估计美国约有3000万人受过组织胞浆菌感染及1000万人感染过球孢子菌,均为肺部感染。我国近年来也有明显增加,仅北京就报告28例新型隐球菌性脑膜炎,各地区陆续不断地也有系统性真菌病的报告。
