疾病控制工作中产生的有关信息材料,是疾控情况的历史文件、图片资料和数据,具有重要的历史价值和参考价值,也是促进疾控工作发展和规范化管理的重要信息资源和重要依据。长期以来,疾控档案管理一直处于相对滞后和被动状态,随着档案管理日趋数字化和智能化,信息化环境给档案带了新的机遇和转折,笔者本文就信息化环境下疾控档案管理进行研究,以满足工作中对档案准确、快速的检索,更好地发挥档案在疾控工作中的应有作用。
Relevant information and materials produced in disease control work are historical documents, picture materials and data on disease control and have important historical value and reference value. They are also important information resources and important basis for promoting the development of CDC and standardized management. For a long time, disease control file management has been in a relatively backward and passive state. With the increasingly digitized and intelligent file management, the information environment brings new opportunities and transitions to the file.
