一、前言当前,成组技术(即GT)在国内外迅速发展起来。根据兵器工业部科技局的指示,于1983年3月,由推广所、北工、六院组成GT调研组,对我部五个厂进行了较深入的GT可行性分析和选点调研。由于江麓厂的产品处于新产品研制阶段,其生产线要进行较大的调整,工厂又有实施GT的决心和积极性,因此调研组建议部的GT试点放在江麓厂进行。江麓厂建立于58年,是一个典型的多品种小批量生产的企业。过去由于产品不定、品种繁多,造成生产技术准备工作量大、周期长、成本高、效率低。为了促进产品的更新,提高经济效益,从根本上改变传统生产的落后面貌,增强企业对市场的适应能力和竞争能力,江麓厂决定参照国内外的成功经验,结合工厂的改革与改建工作,由点到面先易后难地逐步推行GT。部对此给予了积极支持。科技局于82年10月26
I. INTRODUCTION At present, group technology (ie, GT) has rapidly developed at home and abroad. Therefore, the GT pilot of the research group’s suggestion department is placed in the Jiangyan plant. The Jiangyan plant was established in 58 years and is a typical multi-species and small-batch production enterprise. In the past, due to the uncertainties and variety of products, the production of technical preparations had a large workload, a long period, high costs, and low efficiency. In order to promote the renewal of products, improve economic efficiency, fundamentally change the backward appearance of traditional production, and enhance the adaptability and competitiveness of enterprises to the market, Jiangyan Factory decided to refer to the successful experience at home and abroad, combined with the reform and reconstruction of the factory, From the point to the face, it is difficult to gradually implement the GT.
