机载电子设备越来越多地开始采用液冷技术。提高冷却系统的能效比、冷却液的利用率,在系统减重及小型化方面显得尤为迫切,这使得按芯片功耗进行冷却液流量分配成为关键。研究了液冷电子设备流量分配模型,给出了液冷电子设备流量分配数学模型与计算方法,针对关键系数进行了讨论,结果表明,所给方法在液冷电子设备流量分配领域有较好的通用性,对工程应用有参考作用。
More and more airborne electronic devices are beginning to use liquid-cooled technology.
