介绍了~(90)Y标记DTPA-抗人肝癌铁蛋白抗体联结物的标记方法及标记物的分离和分析方法,并对几种标记方法进行了比较,认为用微量离心柱分离DTPA-抗体联结物,而后进行~(90)Y的标记,效果最好,标记率高达92％。标记物经进一步纯化,其放化纯度可达99％以上。抗体经标记后免疫活性无明显损失。实验结果还表明,DTPA-抗体联结物和~(90)Y的稀释效应及标记体系中杂质金属离子的存在均对~(90)Y的标记有极大的影响。
