档案是由诸多案卷所组成,从文件材料收集到最后组成案卷这是一个十分复杂的过程,中间需要经历一系列的环节,而且这些环节中都会与许多方面的因素具有密不可分的关系。也就说一个单位的案卷质量会受到众多因素的影响。因此需要提高档案案卷的质量,这不仅是档案工作的重要目标之,而且对于提高档案工作规范化和标准化具有极为重要的意义。文中分析了影响了档案案卷质量的因素,并进一步对提高档案案卷质量的具体措施进行阐述。
