目的:探讨高海拔地区应用Amplatzer封堵器介入治疗大直径动脉导管未闭可行性、安全性及疗效。方法:自2000年3月—2007年6月我院对47例患者,PDAF直径1.5cm～2.2cm,肺动脉压力50mmHg～75mmHg,使用Amplatzer封堵器,型号22mm～30mm,患者均在手术前降压治疗,手术后随访1个月、3个月、6个月胸片、超声心动图、心电图评价其疗效。结果:所有患者介入手术成功率100%,手术中及随访未见严重的并发症,未见残余分流。结论:大直径动脉导管未闭介入手术治疗安全、可靠。能够明显减少体外循环带来的并发症。
Objective: To investigate the feasibility, safety and efficacy of Amplatzer occluder in the treatment of large patent ductus arteriosus at high altitude. Methods: From March 2000 to June 2007, 47 patients in our hospital were enrolled in this study. PDAF diameter was 1.5cm ~ 2.2cm and pulmonary artery pressure was 50mmHg ~ 75mmHg. Amplatzer occluder was used. The type was 22mm ~ 30mm. Pressure treatment, follow-up 1 month after surgery, 3 months, 6 months chest radiography, echocardiography, ECG evaluation of its efficacy. Results: The success rate of interventional surgery in all patients was 100%. There were no serious complications during the operation and follow-up. No residual shunt was found. Conclusion: Large diameter patent ductus arteriosus interventional treatment is safe and reliable. Can significantly reduce the complications caused by extracorporeal circulation.
