随着社会的进步,文明的发展,礼仪在我们的日常生活中变得越来越重要。旅游作为服务性行业,更是如此。近些年来,为让学生在校期间建立良好的礼仪素养,各大高职院校旅游专业纷纷开设礼仪相关课程,伴随着旅游礼仪课程的进一步开设,各式各样的旅游礼仪相关教程层出不穷。本文笔者通过指出高职院校旅游专业开设礼仪课程必要性以及重要性的同时,进一步指出高职院校礼仪课程的教学目标的。从而发现、总结当前高职院校旅游专业礼仪教材存在的不足,最后为更好开展高职旅游专业礼仪教育,尝试探索高职院校旅游专业礼仪教材改革方向。
With the progress of society, the development of civilization, etiquette becomes more and more important in our daily life. Travel as a service industry, even more so. In recent years, in order to allow students to establish a good etiquette and accomplishment during their school years, tourism major in major vocational colleges have set up etiquette-related courses. Along with the further opening of etiquette courses, a variety of travel etiquette-related tutorials emerge in an endless stream. The author points out the necessity and importance of etiquette courses offered by tourism major in higher vocational colleges, and further points out the teaching objectives of etiquette courses in higher vocational colleges. Thus it is found that summarizing the shortcomings of tourism professional etiquette teaching materials in higher vocational colleges. Finally, in order to better carry out tourism professional etiquette education in higher vocational colleges, we try to explore the reform direction of tourism professional etiquette teaching materials in higher vocational colleges.
