自2002年11月广东地区出现首例SARS继之国内出现疫情以来,我国和世界各国从事基础医学、临床医学和预防医学的科技工作者在SARS的病原学、流行病学、诊断、治疗及预防方面做了大量工作并取得了可喜的进展。为总结近一时期我国对SARS防治研究方面取得的经验,也为今冬明春SARS疫情可能重现做充分的准备,中华医学会接受卫生部委托,组织了以钟南山院士为编写组组长,由病原学、流行病学、病理学、实验室检查、影像学检查及临床等方面的著名专家组成的小组,在试行方案的基础上,撰写《传染性非典型肺炎(严重急性呼吸综合征,SARS)诊疗方案》。新方案的每一个部分,都反映出各专业领域对SARS研究的最新成果,极大地丰富和发展了原来的试行方案。本报采访了编写组组长和各专业组的牵头专家,他们在规范该方案中的所思,会帮助我们更深地理解和掌握《诊疗方案》。文详见第3～6版《声音·焦点直击》。
Since the first case of SARS in Guangdong in November 2002 following the epidemic in China, the epidemiology, epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of SARS among scientific and technical workers engaged in basic medicine, clinical medicine and preventive medicine in our country and in other countries all over the world A great deal of work has been done and gratifying progress has been made. In order to summarize our country’s experience in SARS prevention and control in recent period and to fully prepare for the SARS epidemic to be reproducible in the winter and spring of this year, the Chinese Medical Association, entrusted by the Ministry of Health, organized a group leader composed of Academician Zhong Nanshan On the basis of the pilot program, a group of prominent experts in epidemiology, epidemiology, pathology, laboratory examination, imaging examination and clinical research wrote “SARS (Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome SARS ) Treatment program. ” Each part of the new program reflects the latest achievements in SARS research in various fields of expertise and greatly enriches and develops the original pilot program. The newspaper interviewed the team leader and the lead experts in various professional groups. They are trying to standardize the plan and will help us to understand and master the “treatment plan” more deeply. Wen see the 3rd ~ 6 version of the “voice focus”.
