中国共产党第十六届中央委员会第六次全体会议通过的《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》全面分析了当前国际国内形势和我们党肩负的使命,深刻阐述了构建社会主义和谐社会的若干重大问题。构建社会主义和谐社会,是我们党以马克思列宁主义、毛泽东思想、邓小平理论和“三个代表”重要思想为指导,全面贯彻落实科学发展观,从中国特色社会主义事业和全面建设小康社会全局出发提出的重大战略任务,反映了建设富强民主文明和谐社会主义现代化国家的内在要求,体现了全党全国人民的共同愿望。下面结合个人的体会,就社会主义和谐社会的时代背景和科学内涵谈几点看法。

Constructing a harmonious socialist society means that our party, guided by the principles of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, Deng Xiaoping Theory and “Three Represents ”, comprehensively implement the scientific concept of development, develop from the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics and the well-to-do society of an all-round way The major strategic tasks set out from the overall situation reflect the inherent requirements of building a prosperous, strong, democratic, civilized and harmonious modern socialist country and embody the common aspiration of the entire party and the people throughout the country. The following combination of personal experience, on the socialist background of social harmony and the scientific connotation of a few comments.
