青岛光大国际高层公寓楼平面为Z字形,北塔楼结构高度为129.85m,南塔楼结构高度为103.95m,两塔楼之间由细腰相连,平面、立面均不规则,通过比较是否设置防震缝,最终确定了不设缝的结构方案。对不设缝的结构方案分别采用YJK,ETABS软件进行计算分析。结果表明,通过合理调整结构布置,可以使平面、立面均不规则的结构避免扭转不规则,使不分缝的结构方案更加合理,并极大地节约了工程造价。
