[Editor’s note] Zhejiang Provincial Communications Investment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the “Exchange Group”) is a provincial-level state-owned asset operation agency of Zhejiang Province that undertakes overall responsibility for the investment, financing, construction, operation and management of transportation infrastructure in Zhejiang Province. The business layout mainly includes Transportation infrastructure, investment and financing, transport links, comprehensive development of transportation resources and other four major business segments.
