从1970年4月至1986年2月,我们就地抢救急性心肌梗塞64例,其中死亡8例。男49例,女15例。年龄在29～79岁,60岁以上者40例。梗塞部位:广泛前壁10例,前间壁16例,下壁23例,正后壁2例,高側壁2例,心内膜下3例,2个部位以上者8例。抢救地点;宿舍21例,办公室4例,招待所3例,浴室1例,门诊部35例。其中8例在急救室,25例在诊室、候诊室、走廊内。在心电图室2例。从发病至开始治疗有记录的共32人。半小时内
From April 1970 to February 1986, we rescued 64 cases of acute myocardial infarction in situ, including 8 deaths. 49 males and 15 females. The age of 29 to 79 years old, 40 cases over the age of 60.
