本文从知识管理的角度分析探讨个性化资源库的建设问题,提出在远程教育中资源库建设不仅包括网络课件、教学材料等静态资源建设,学习者在学习过程中生成的有价值的个性化流动性动态资源也应成为资源库建设的重要内容,资源库建设应看做是知识积累、挖掘、不断更新、动态流动的循环过程。
This article analyzes the construction of personalized resource database from the perspective of knowledge management and puts forward that the construction of resource database in distance education not only includes the construction of static resources such as network courseware and teaching materials, valuable personalized flow generated by learners in the process of learning Sexual and dynamic resources should also become an important part of the construction of resource bases.
