目的:研究分析基于工作过程的基础护理学课程改革情况。方法:选取该院2015级护理班66名学生为实验研究对象,按照抽签的方法将其随机分成研究组和参照组各33名。对研究组学生予以基于工作过程的基础护理学教学方法,对参照组学生予以常规的基础护理学教学方法,观察两组学生的学习效果。结果:对两组学生予以不同的教学方法,研究组学生的理论和实践两项成绩考核指标均明显优于参照组(P<0.05)。结论:对学生进行基础护理学课程教学过程中应用基于工作过程的教学方法有助于提高学生的学习效率,达到预期的教学成果,应用于教学中具有重要意义。
Objective: To study and analyze the reform of basic nursing course based on work process. Methods: Sixty-six students from 2015 nursing class in the hospital were selected as the experimental subjects. According to the method of lottery, they were randomly divided into study group and reference group of 33 each. Based on the work process, the study group students were given basic nursing teaching methods, and the reference group students were given routine basic nursing teaching methods to observe the learning outcomes of the two groups of students. Results: The two groups of students to be different teaching methods, the study group of students both theoretical and practical performance evaluation indicators were significantly better than the reference group (P <0.05). Conclusion: Applying teaching methods based on working process to the teaching of basic nursing course helps to improve students’ learning efficiency and achieve expected teaching results, which is of great significance in teaching.
