随着社会的不断进步和人们观念的不断变革,传统教育理念单纯追求分数到今天逐渐转变为促进学生全面发展,培养学生综合素质的提高,要求发展素质教育。而音乐教育作为素质教育中的一部分,和其他学科课程一样,也是我国基础课程教育改革的重点。中学阶段音乐课程教学是必不可少的,其对于培养学生的审美能力、促进学生全面发展有着极大帮助。新教改要求音乐基础教育课程抵制传统教育思想的影响,转而追求多元化的教学模式与教育理念,以培养学生能动性和创造性为目的,从而达到对音乐教学方法创新的效果。中学阶段的音乐教学在整个音乐教育中都有着重要意义,其正好处于衔接位置上,因此该阶段中教学方法的选择和使用不仅与音乐教学效果直接挂钩,对于学生的艺术修养和审美意识地培养也有着重要帮助。所以,改革者只有在掌握新课程改革的实施内涵的基础上,才能更好地将这一思想运用在音乐课程教学改革中,有效地培养学生审美意识,推动学生全面发展。
