本课题由民政部社会福利与社会进步研究所、香港大学社会工作及社会行政系、广州市民政局共同承担.本研究的主要调查方法有:机构访问——共访问了市、区、街道三个层面的11个机构;数据统计——共设计了4种统计表,对全市的社区服务设施、服务队伍.服务对象和经费来源进行了统计调查;座谈会——分别召开了社区服务中心主任座谈会和有关部门负责人座谈会.现根据调查提出研究报告如下:
This topic is jointly undertaken by the Institute of Social Welfare and Social Progress of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, Department of Social Work and Social Administration of Hong Kong University, and Guangzhou Bureau of Civil Affairs.The main investigative methods of this study are: Institutional Interview - A total of 11 agencies; data statistics - a total of four kinds of statistical tables designed to survey the city’s community service facilities, service teams, clients and sources of funding conducted a survey; symposium - respectively held a community service center director Symposium and heads of departments concerned.According to the survey, the research report is as follows:
