目的了解晋安区职业病危害防治现状,为制定防治措施提供依据。方法于2001—2013年对晋安区101家企业职业危害因素进行检测,并对60 343人次职业健康检查结果进行分析。结果晋安区企业职业危害因素主要为粉尘、苯系物、噪声和高温等。职业病检出率4.5%,其中接触粉尘检出率0.8%,接触毒物检出率5.3%,接触物理因素检出率3.2%。作业场所平均合格率:粉尘作业80.0%、毒物作业83.6%、物理因素70.0%。结论晋安区职业病防治工作仍存在问题,应加强危害因素定期监测,加强危害评估和健康检查,改善作业环境,消除有害因素。
Objective To understand the status quo of prevention and treatment of occupational hazards in Jin’an district and provide basis for prevention measures. Methods The occupational hazards of 101 enterprises in Jin’an District were tested from 2001 to 2013, and the results of occupational health examination of 60 343 persons were analyzed. Results The occupational hazards of enterprises in Jinan district are mainly dust, benzene series, noise and high temperature. Occupational disease detection rate of 4.5%, of which contact dust detection rate of 0.8%, contact poison detection rate of 5.3%, physical contact factor detection rate of 3.2%. The average passing rate of the workplace: dust 80.0%, 83.6% of toxic operations, physical factors 70.0%. Conclusion There are still problems in prevention and control of occupational diseases in Jin’an District. Regular monitoring of hazards should be stepped up, hazard assessment and health examination should be strengthened to improve working environment and eliminate harmful factors.
