利用生产上常用的32个玉米品种,在PVC大棚和旱棚内设干旱胁迫和正常浇水两种处理,测定叶片相对含水量等24个指标与玉米抗旱性的关系。通过简单相关分析和逐步回归分析筛选出5个指标,苗期胁迫后叶片水势和对照比值、抽雄吐丝期胁迫后叶片保水力和对照比值、胁迫后行粒数、单株轴重、百粒重和对照比值。根据逐步回归筛选出的指标及其偏相关系数,建立了不同时期的评价(D值)方程和评价体系。
Drought stress and normal watering were used in 32 plastic greenhouses and dry shed for 32 maize varieties commonly used in production. The relationship between 24 indexes such as leaf relative water content and drought resistance of maize was determined. Through simple correlation analysis and stepwise regression analysis, five indexes were screened, the leaf water potential and the control ratio after seedling stress, the leaf water holding capacity and the control ratio after the sprouting and silking stage stress, the grain number per plant, Weight and control ratio. According to the index selected by stepwise regression and its partial correlation coefficient, the evaluation (D value) equation and evaluation system are established in different periods.
