第五届全国新农药创制学术交流会于8月30~31日在沈阳召开,参加会议人数达131人,大会按排了四个专题报告。南开大学李正明院士报告了《对新农药创制中几种方法的思考》,分析了分子没计的几种途径:随机合成、同系列合成、仿生合成、生物合理设计合成、组合合成与高通量筛选、虚拟合成、基因组学合成。指出了传统组合化学命中率低、从基因组学和蛋白质组学发现先导化合物存在的问题:化学物理性质、结构、生理、相互作用、模体、表达、催化作用等,因此进展缓慢。虚拟合成是个发
The 5th National New Pesticide Academic Exchange Conference was held in Shenyang from August 30 to August 31, with a total of 131 participants. The conference arranged four special reports. Academician Li Zhengming of Nankai University reported on “Several Considerations on the Establishment of New Pesticides” and analyzed several ways in which molecules are not counted: random synthesis, homologous synthesis, biomimetic synthesis, biologically rational design and synthesis, combinatorial synthesis and Qualcomm Quantitative Screening, Virtual Synthesis, Genomics Synthesis. Pointed out that the traditional combination of chemical hits low, from the genomics and proteomics lead compounds found in the existence of the problem: chemical and physical properties, structure, physiology, interaction, motifs, expression, catalysis, and so slow progress. Virtual synthesis is a hair
